VISLA’s journey in music started during his first year at university, making sure not to rush and only playing his tracks whilst DJing. His patience paid off and eventually Soundcloud was blessed with his first track called ‘VEIL’ in 2022 as a free download.
From there his undeniable talent hasn’t gone unrecognised by DJs and listeners alike, and he made his first official release debut on Deep Within Recordings, producing his DJINN EP.
His follow up debut ‘Binary Vol.26‘ on Critical exceeded expectations of his second EP and presented an expansive vision of minimal drum & bass. Containing the heavily supported festival heater entitled ‘Morpheus’ and 3 more club bangers, VISLA received wide support amongst the DNB scene and reached No.2 on the DNB Charts.
He has since released his second EP on Critical ‘Rakka‘ and collaborated with Kasra, QZB, SMG and more.
It’s clear that VISLA is a force to be reckoned with and definitely one to watch.
